Printing & Embroidery
Printing
The printing that we specialise in is a heat seal process not to be confused with screen printing, the design is cut from a
sheet of special material and is then sealed to the garment using a high temperature and pressure. Due to the heat involved
in the process certain garments may not be suitable for printing, i.e. items that shouldn't be ironed. The heat seal material
comes in a large range of colours, there is the standard range of colours as well as flurescent and metalic colours. Printing
is suitable for many purposes that range from one off shirts for birthdays to large orders for work wear. Printing can include
upto 3 colours in each design and is ideal for large sized designs.

Embroidery
As an alternative to printing we offer Embroidery, Embroidery is the process of sewing coloured threads onto a garment
to create a design. The threads available for Embroidery come in a large range of colours and shades to match your design
and can include upto 12 colours. To Embroider your design a disc must first be created, for this there will be a one time
setup charge and from then on the disc can be re-used and embroidery will be charged at the cost of the stitch count. Embroidery
is ideal for fleeces, work wear and all towelling items and is suitable for the majority of our clothing catalogue Click
